MǼWURA operates on a slow fashion ethos. Read below to understand how your garment is crafted, packaged, and delivered to your doorstep.

To eliminate waste and guarantee high quality, MǼWURA items are hand-crocheted on demand in our Accra studio. Each piece represents hours of dedicated craftsmanship by skilled local artisans.
Lead Time: Standard products require 7 to 14 business days of production time before shipment. If you have requested custom sizing or bespoke fit alterations, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Note: During periods of high demand, lead times may change slightly. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email or WhatsApp.
Once production is complete, we dispatch packages via tracked and secured channels.

For all international shipments, packages may be subject to customs duties, import tariffs, or processing fees levied by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost of MǼWURA. The customer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for payment of any taxes or duties due upon delivery.
As an artisan business that values mindful production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or selection of incorrect sizes. We encourage you to refer carefully to our sizing charts or request a measurement consultation prior to ordering.
Size Exchanges & Alterations: If your garment does not fit quite right, we are happy to perform adjustments or exchange the size. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Garment Condition: To qualify for an exchange or alteration, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, clean, and stored in the initial MǼWURA linen bag.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your garment arrives damaged or with a craft defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a courier pickup, repair, or full replacement at no additional charge.
